What We're About
The Junior High ministry at Bethlehem Lutheran Church is designed to give students a sense of belonging within the body of Chirst. This is made possible through diving into relationships with their peers, immersing themselves in fellowship with the entire youth ministry, and swimming through the wonder and mystery of the Bible in small groups and prayer.
What We Do
Confirmation is a ministry focused on education and teaching the students the "basis" of Christian faith, how to go about exploring that faith, and what we can do to continue to reflect that faith as we walk with God in our lives. It consists of 4 semesters (typically during 7th and 8th grades) and is completed with the students affirming their baptism (being "confirmed"). How We Do
Whether it's rel8 on Sunday mornings at 10:30am (worship for 7-12 grades with our worship band, J-Unit), periodic social events (bowling, ice skating, days at the beach, etc.), or seasonal service projects, there's always something fun going on that's a blast.
